Sluggish Trigger Reset

Overall the kit delivers a much lighter and smoother trigger pull. Install was not an issue and while I was in there proper polishing and lubrication was performed. At the range the 442 was easily more shootable with the exception of one problem. The trigger on my pistol, with the new rebound spring, was quite sluggish. This was not observed with the stock spring. So as it stands for now the TK rebound spring has been removed. I'd like to investigate further why this is happening and make this whole kit work as it should.

Installation of TK Custom Kit on Smith and Wesson 686 Plus

My S&W Model 686 Plus had a trigger pull that was so high neither my Wheeler nor my Lyman trigger gauges could register a value. It was a great dry-fire hand conditioning exercise tool for both hands. After the TK Custom Kit was installed, it dropped down to 7.5-8.5 lbs and I didn't want to stop dry firing because it had been so stiff before I was really enjoying for the first time. I'm pretty excited about the outcome. Tomorrow, I'll take it to the range and test it on a variety of ammo to see if there will be any light strikes.
