Because of U.S. export regulations, TK Custom is unable to ship certain firearm components directly outside of the United States. This primarily includes internal gun parts such as triggers, hammers, and similar regulated components.

U.S. export laws also apply to some firearm parts. Some firearm parts are subject to U.S. export rules.

Examples include the following:

  • Arms Export Control Act (AECA)
  • The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • The Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

When these rules apply, the items must be shipped internationally through a licensed exporter.

Customers outside the United States can still purchase TK Custom products, but the order must be handled by a licensed U.S. exporter who can process the international shipment.
