Should Have Done It Sooner

The workmanship and customer service at TK custom is equal to none.
The workmanship is outstanding, he would never know that it was modified. Couldn't ask for a friendlier more helpful group of people. What I've noticed on this last order is what comes in the return box. Number one the care in the packaging and the box that it comes in along with all the extra accessories that are sent along Came as an extra surprise. There is no need to have a look anywhere else.

Federal or Remington & others makes works the best with the .025 thick Full Moonclips, which fit all the .38/357 standard moonclip. They allow the cartridges to have some movement or wiggle so that they will fall right into the chambers once properly aligned. Winchester brass does not work at all as the groove width is too tight/small.

There is no SAAMI specifications for the extractor groove and each manufacturer makes them as they want. The following list gives you a great example. This is why the diameter size of the brass is critical to proper loading, unloading and fitment. Cartridge diameter too big and moonclip too small causes the moonclip to bend. The cartridge should rotate within their respective place and wobble slightly when all cartridges are loaded.

Didn’t fit

The moon clips wouldn’t fit my Chiappa Rhino so I’m a poor judge.

Poor customer service

I had issue with 3 clips not working properly and contacted customer service with the problem. The agent asked me if I wanted to return the order for a refund or just have the 3 clips replaced and I chose having them replaced. I suspect they were never sent as I haven't received them or any tracking numbers. Typical customer service in that they promise a fix and then hope you'll forget you had a problem. You have very likely lost a returning customer and I'll have a hard time recommending your business to friends and family.
