S&W 610 Masterline - Fully Tuned 10MM N Frame Competition Vault Gun
The S&W 610 Masterline Vault Gun is a fully transformed N Frame revolver chambered in 10 mm, crafted for a complete competition revolver and carry performance. Starting with a factory 6.5-inch Smith & Wesson 610 platform, this revolver is rebuilt from the inside out using our Masterline tuning system. Every edge, internal radius, and mechanical interface has been corrected, polished, and optimized to give you an ultra-smooth gunsmith tuned double-action revolver that runs flawlessly with moon clips and serious ammo.
This build includes our Ultimate Master Action Job and all stainless steel internals. The cylinder is chamfered and honed for fast moon clip reloads. Trigger pull is precisely tuned between 6 and 9 pounds, depending on your preferred ammo. Each 610 Vault Gun is built by Master Gunsmith Eli Johnson and is test-fired and verified before leaving the shop.
Every build includes premium competition components: Diamond Speed Hammer, TK Custom Steel Speed Trigger, Extended Cylinder Release (short or long), Extended Firing Pin, Reduced Firing Pin Spring, Reduced Main Spring, 11LB Rebound Spring, Adjustable Strain Screw, Internal Lock Plug, and a complete barrel and cylinder tuning package. This revolver is USPSA and ICORE ready right out of the box.
Each Masterline Vault Gun ships with a complete pro accessory package: twenty-five stainless moon clips, moon clip loading tool, unloading tool, TK Custom soft case, microfiber towel, and gunsmith mat.

Federal or Remington & others makes works the best with the .025 thick Full Moonclips, which fit all the .38/357 standard moonclip. They allow the cartridges to have some movement or wiggle so that they will fall right into the chambers once properly aligned. Winchester brass does not work at all as the groove width is too tight/small.

There is no SAAMI specifications for the extractor groove and each manufacturer makes them as they want. The following list gives you a great example. This is why the diameter size of the brass is critical to proper loading, unloading and fitment. Cartridge diameter too big and moonclip too small causes the moonclip to bend. The cartridge should rotate within their respective place and wobble slightly when all cartridges are loaded.
