SKU 61668
Hogue is bringing the highest quality Smith & Wesson J Frame G10 grips in the industry. The Hogue Extreme Series G10 grips are precision machined to exacting standards from the best G10 material on the market. Multiple layers of woven fiberglass mesh cloth soaked with an epoxy resin binder make up the high-pressure thermoset plastic laminate known as G10. To obtain a particular cosmetic look, it can be formed using numerous layers of either the same color or various hues. Standard G10 is composed entirely of flat layers. G-Mascus®, a unique patented process developed by Hogue Inc., produces G10 material. This technique creates various patterns within the colored cloth for a distinctive appearance. This design of grips resembles Damascus steel in appearance, therefore the name. The Hogue Extreme Series grip is the perfect addition to your revolver. These Hogue G10 grips will give you an excellent grip and feels fantastic in your hand. The Extreme Series grip also looks great and will transform your S&W J-Frame revolver into something stylish.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Federal or Remington & others makes works the best with the .025 thick Full Moonclips, which fit all the .38/357 standard moonclip. They allow the cartridges to have some movement or wiggle so that they will fall right into the chambers once properly aligned. Winchester brass does not work at all as the groove width is too tight/small.

There is no SAAMI specifications for the extractor groove and each manufacturer makes them as they want. The following list gives you a great example. This is why the diameter size of the brass is critical to proper loading, unloading and fitment. Cartridge diameter too big and moonclip too small causes the moonclip to bend. The cartridge should rotate within their respective place and wobble slightly when all cartridges are loaded.
