I had issue with 3 clips not working properly and contacted customer service with the problem. The agent asked me if I wanted to return the order for a refund or just have the 3 clips replaced and I chose having them replaced. I suspect they were never sent as I haven't received them or any tracking numbers. Typical customer service in that they promise a fix and then hope you'll forget you had a problem. You have very likely lost a returning customer and I'll have a hard time recommending your business to friends and family.
